DIY: metal collar

H e l l o

I have one more easy DIY for you guys. It's great if you have some old shirts that you want to make a little bit more edgy.

Tools:

Tin cap
Glue
Small paper sheets
Marker/ Pen
Scissors
Pliers
Cutting pliers
+Paper towels/cloth

Steps:

I. Mark the shape of the collar edges on the paper sheets. And cut two shapes for each side of the collar. Make sure that triangles you cut aren't too big and will fit on tin cap.

II. Draw both shapes on tin cap. Make sure that there is enough space in between them for sides to fold over. Cut out your shapes. Be careful! Edges of tin cap shapes will be sharp.

III. Once you have your tin cap shapes you'll need to fold edges. One side must be completely folded. Two others needs to be half open. While folding put few layers of paper towels or cloth on the good side to prevent any scratching from pliers.

IV. When you're done with edges add some glue to the centre of tin cap shapes and glue them to the collar. When glue drys finish folding open edges and you're done!

Hope you enjoyed this easy DIY project.

See you soon.
